This gorgeous 5 bedroom house built by American Heritage is incredibly spacious and offers you one of the most unique experiences in Copper Rock. Sit under the stars on the rooftop patio by the fire while accessing the best view of Pine Valley Mountain in the neighborhood or gather inside with friends and family in the two-story great room next to the elegant finishes in the kitchen. This beautiful home has so much to offer!

This house is PERFECT for multi-generation family getaways featuring an in-law suite with its own kitchen/laundry + a 4-bed bunk room for kids.

Guest have access to entire house including the two car garage and RV garage. Guest have access to the private pool and spa in the backyard.

*** IMPORTANT POOL HEATING INFORMATION *** 

The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team if you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. Heat requests for the pool must be made 48 hours in advance to your check-in.

The cost to heat the POOL from October-November is $100 per night, from December-February is $150 per night and from March-April is $100 per night. We set the system to heat to 80 degrees. However, the actual temperature may vary due to air and ground temperatures and is not guaranteed. 

If we notice the pool heat is set to anything over 80 degrees, you will be charged an additional $200 per night it is heated past 80.

We offer free heating for our hot tub, but please keep in mind that the swimming pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. Additionally, we cannot heat the pool and hot tub once the outside temperature has dropped below freezing (32 degrees) at any point during your stay.

The hot tub is not heated on demand and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Please plan accordingly and allow time for the hot tub to heat up.

Finally, we kindly ask that you do not alter or modify our pool schedules as they are set for specific reasons. Any changes made to these schedules will result in a $100 fee to cover the cost of reprogramming the pool systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly.

Truly appreciated the en suites on every bedrooms as well as a bunk room with 4 bigger than usual bunk beds! <br/>The pool was a huge hit after some hot days of exploring St George and Zion, easy to open and close and was perfect temp in March without having to pay for extra heating. <br/>The house is stocked well, plenty of everything for cooking,  as well as towels and pool towels and  3 sets of washer/dryers was huge. (Buy/bring extra laundry detergent as well as trash liners if you have a big family ) <br/>Elite was amazing to work with- They were on top of it- checking in with us before we ever needed them. <br/>We’d definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay again!" It is about a 10 minute drive to restaurants, etc. We hiked a couple hikes within 10 minutes of the home and we were very close to Sand Hollow, where we drove ATV’s. Also, the 40 minute drive to Zion was very doable. The home was very spacious (could have accommodated several more people if needed), very clean and well stocked with all that we needed. Our kids loved the pool and spa. All bedrooms except one had beautiful on-suite bathrooms. The laundry room contains double washers and dryers, in addition to a washer and dryer in the main bedroom too. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks!" (10/5)
