This house is PERFECT for multi-generation family getaways featuring an in-law suite with its own kitchen/laundry + a 4-bed bunk room for kids.
Guest have access to entire house including the two car garage and RV garage. Guest have access to the private pool and spa in the backyard.

The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team if you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. Heat requests for the pool must be made 48 hours in advance to your check-in.
The cost to heat the POOL from October-November is $100 per night, from December-February is $150 per night and from March-April is $100 per night. We set the system to heat to 80 degrees. However, the actual temperature may vary due to air and ground temperatures and is not guaranteed.
If we notice the pool heat is set to anything over 80 degrees, you will be charged an additional $200 per night it is heated past 80.
We offer free heating for our hot tub, but please keep in mind that the swimming pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. Additionally, we cannot heat the pool and hot tub once the outside temperature has dropped below freezing (32 degrees) at any point during your stay.
The hot tub is not heated on demand and takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Please plan accordingly and allow time for the hot tub to heat up.
Finally, we kindly ask that you do not alter or modify our pool schedules as they are set for specific reasons. Any changes made to these schedules will result in a $100 fee to cover the cost of reprogramming the pool systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly.

Overall a perfect place for large families to stay. Plenty of space, extremely well stocked, lots of parking space, and the pool area was incredible. One of the best places I’ve stayed at for the price. It is also located close to the reservoir which is perfect if you want to boat, swim, etc. The only thing others may want to be aware of is how close the backyard is to other houses. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue, but it seems like this area is popular to have parties and other large gatherings. Because of this, you can hear everything going on in the backyard next door, especially music. It is less of an issue when you are inside, but can be quite annoying when you are in the backyard. So overall, the place is amazing, but I would not go here if you want guaranteed privacy, peace/quiet.
Highly recommend for any large group trips! House was clean and tidy, pool was a lovely way to end some long days.
Absolutely loved this home! As a family of 11- with some married kids and their kids, this home provided a great set up! Truly appreciated the en suites on every bedrooms as well as a bunk room with 4 bigger than usual bunk beds! <br/>The pool was a huge hit after some hot days of exploring St George and Zion, easy to open and close and was perfect temp in March without having to pay for extra heating. <br/>The house is stocked well, plenty of everything for cooking, as well as towels and pool towels and 3 sets of washer/dryers was huge. (Buy/bring extra laundry detergent as well as trash liners if you have a big family ) <br/>Elite was amazing to work with- They were on top of it- checking in with us before we ever needed them. <br/>We’d definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay again!
